You will get ongoing support and guidance to help you set goals and make sustainable and realistic changes that help you improve your mind, body and soul, from the inside out. I will motivate you and hold you accountable, provide you with educational tools (if you want them!) and share practical knowledge to help guide you on your journey! Knowledge and understanding of yourself is the key to making powerful life changes!

 

3 – Month or 6 – Month 1:1 Coaching Packages

These packages include:

  • Two sessions per month (can be done via phone if not local)
  • Email support between sessions
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • Simple but informative tools to help increase your knowledge
  • My personal commitment to your health and success

90 Minute Power Session

A one-time session to kick off your healthy lifestyle, address one specific issue or to follow up after you have completed one of your monthly packages.
